§ 5-4-16 FINES.
   (A)   No refuse shall be disposed of at any site other than a disposal site designated by the city.
   (B)   A violation of §§ 5-4-6, 5-4-7 or 5-4-9 is punishable by a minimum fine of $100 and a maximum fine of $500 for the first offense and a fine of $500 for any subsequent offense. A violation of other sections of this chapter shall be punishable by a maximum fine of $100.
