§ 155.353  OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF THE BOARD OF APPEALS.
   The Secretary of the Board of Appeals shall be appointed by the Board of Appeals to serve a until a successor is appointed. The Secretary shall record the minutes of the Board of Appeal’s proceedings and actions, showing the vote of each member upon each question or if absent or failing to vote, indicating such fact. The Secretary shall perform such other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Board of Appeals.
