§ 155.352  FINALITY OF DECISIONS OF THE VILLAGE BOARD.
   All decisions of the Village Board, shall in all instances be the final administrative determination and shall be subject to review by a court in the manner provided by applicable Illinois Compiled Statutes. No applicant shall apply for the same or identical request for a period of one year unless the facts and/or request have substantially changed.
