§ 155.187 LOT AND BUILDING REQUIREMENTS.

   Every principal building erected in the “B-2” Highway Business District shall conform to the requirements indicated below:

   (A)   Minimum lot area: 20,000 square feet;

   (B)   Minimum lot width at established building line: 125 feet;

   (C)   Minimum lot depth: 150 feet;

   (D)   Minimum setbacks:

      (1)   From front lot line: 50 feet;

      (2)   Total for both side yard lines: 50 feet;

      (3)   From either side lot line: 20 feet;

      (4)   From rear lot line: 25 feet; and

      (5)   From side yard abutting street: 50 feet.

   (E)   Maximum building height: 45 feet; and

   (F)   Maximum percent coverage per lot: 50%.
