§ 155.154 SPECIAL USES.

   The following special uses may be permitted in the “MH-1” District by special use permit in accordance with § 155.405 through 155.410:

   (A)   Bed and breakfast;

   (B)   Boarding house;

   (C)   Churches and related religious facilities;

   (D)   Convenience stores and quick shops;

   (E)   Government uses other than those of the municipality;

   (F)   Home occupations, but only in conformity with the requirements of § 155.236;

   (G)   Mobile home parks in conformity with all applicable requirements of this chapter;

   (H)   Multiple-family dwellings;

   (I)   Nursing homes;

   (J)   Schools; and

   (K)   Utility substations.
