§ 155.138 SPECIAL USES.

   The following uses may be allowed in the “MR-1” District by special use permit in accordance with § 155.405 through 155.410:

   (A)   Any special use in the “SR-1” District; see § 155.109;

   (B)   Community residence, large;

   (C)   Day care center;

   (D)   Multi-family (triplex and the like);

   (E)   Nursing homes; and

   (F)   Utility substations.
