§ 155.137 PERMITTED USES.

   The following uses shall be permitted in the “MR-1” Multiple-Family Residential District:

   (A)   Any use permitted in the “SR-1” District, § 155.108;

   (B)   Bed and breakfast;

   (C)   Community residences, small; and

   (D)   Duplex (two-family dwellings).
