Every principal building erected in the “SR-2” District shall conform to the following requirements:
   (A)   Minimum lot area: 6,000 square feet;
   (B)   Minimum lot width at the established building line: 40 feet;
   (C)   Minimum lot depth: 150 feet;
   (D)   Minimum setbacks:
      (1)   From front lot line: 25 feet;
      (2)   From either side lot line: seven and one-half feet;
      (3)   From rear lot line: 25 feet; and
      (4)   From side yard abutting street: 25 feet.
   (E)   Maximum building height: 35 feet;
   (F)   Minimum off-street parking per dwelling unit: two spaces;
   (G)   Maximum percent coverage per lot: 25%; and
   (H)   Minimum square footage of living area as measured on the outside walls of the dwelling, excluding attached garages, carports, exterior courtyards, screened in or other open porches: 900 square  feet.
