§ 155.093 PERMITTED USES.

   The following uses shall be permitted in the “A-1” Agricultural District:

   (A)   Agriculture, including all uses commonly classified as such, provided the requirements of § 155.241 are met;

   (B)   Cemeteries;

   (C)   Government uses of this municipality;

   (D)   Nurseries, greenhouses, temporary produce stands;

   (E)   Parks and playgrounds;

   (F)   Single-family dwellings (see §§ 155.230 through 155.244); and

   (G)   Accessory uses in accordance with § 155.050.
