(A) Every mobile home park hereafter established in the village shall, at a minimum, conform to the requirements of:
(1) “An Act to Provide for, License, and Regulate Mobile Homes and Mobile Home Parks”. (210 ILCS 115/1 et seq.);
(2) Rules and Regulations for Mobile Home Parks, Illinois Department of Public Health, Consumer Protection Division, as now or hereafter amended;
(3) This chapter; and
(4) The zoning code (Chapter 155 of this code of ordinances).
(B) In case of conflict between any provisions of the above, the more stringent requirement shall prevail.
