§ 153.004  NATIONAL SAFETY STANDARDS.
   (A)   No mobile home, immobilized mobile home or manufactured home shall be located in the village unless the unit has the national manufactured housing construction and safety standards metal seal affixed thereto.
   (B)   Existing units are exempt until they are replaced.
