§ 151.014  EXISTING RESIDENTIAL OCCUPANCIES.
   The provisions of § 151.006 shall not apply to any residential occupancy in existence at the time this subchapter takes effect, unless there is a change in the occupancy of any person after said date, or complaint filed.
