§ 111.999  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Penalty for soliciting without the proper permit or at homes with signage according to § 111.074, shall be the sum of the application fee, the permit fee and the penalty described in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances for each solicitor found to have violated any provision of §§ 111.070 through 111.078.
   (C)   Failure to comply with the provisions of §§ 111.115 through 111.123 shall constitute a violation and each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500. The imposition of penalties herein prescribed shall not preclude the Municipal Attorney for this municipality or the State’s Attorney of the county from instituting appropriate action to prevent unlawful raffles or restrain, correct or abate a violation of §§ 111.115 through 111.123 or of the conditions of a raffle license issued pursuant thereto.
