§ 94.095  LIABILITY OF PERSONS TO VILLAGE FOR DAMAGE.
   If any person violates any  provision of this code and any person or property in consequence thereof is injured or damaged, the person so guilty of such violation shall be liable to the village in relation thereto, and no prosecution or other proceeding by the village of such person for any penalty imposed for a violation shall constitute a bar to such action by the village for such damages.
