When a mobile home is disposed of under this subchapter, whether by public auction or other disposition, the municipality may deduct all towing, storage and processing charges. The remainder shall be paid in priority order to lien holders including providers of utility services. After payment of lien holders and utility providers, any remaining amount maybe deposited into the municipal treasury.
