For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
INOPERABLE OR DERELICT WATER CRAFT. Any water craft which, for a period of at least seven days, the engine, propeller or other parts have been removed, or on which the engine, wheels or other parts have been altered, damaged or otherwise so treated that the vehicle is incapable of being operated under its own motor power or is otherwise unseaworthy or incapable of being operated in or on the waters of this state. INOPERABLE OR DERELICT WATER CRAFT are further defined as those water craft that are unregistered, unpermitted or unlicensed.
