§ 91.060  BUILDING CONDITION; NUISANCE.
   (A)   The Building Inspector or his or her designated representative shall report to the Village Board when any building or structure in the village is in a dangerous condition and constitutes a nuisance.
   (B)   Hereinafter, all references to Building Inspector shall include “his or her designated representative”.
