§ 91.028  STANDARD FEE FOR MOWING.
   (A)   There shall be a standard fee charged in the amount of $40 per hour per man and $40 per hour per piece of equipment for any mowing upon real estate not owned by the village.
   (B)   Said fee is set pursuant to approval by the Village Board of Trustees.
