If the person so served does not abate the nuisance within seven days, the village may proceed to abate such nuisance, keeping an account of the expense of the abatement. The Village Board of Trustees does hereby establish a fee of $40 per man hour and $40 per hour per piece of equipment for mowing real estate not owned by the village.
