(A) Generally. The following streets are hereby to be specially marked as indicated:

(B) Penalty.
(1) Any person violating any provision of this schedule, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(2) (a) Any person violating the speed limit restrictions of 30 mph and 35 mph as set out in division (A) above on the village roadways, school zones and Main Street, shall be fined not less than $120 for each offense.
(b) The Police Department of the village is hereby directed to implement and enforce these traffic regulations pursuant to its usual and customary ordinance enforcement procedures.
(c) Those in violation of this schedule may also be in violating of, and subject to, penalties of state law.
