(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) (1) Any person violating § 71.03 on the village roadways, school zones and Main Street, shall be fined not less than $50, nor more than $150 for each offense.
(2) The Police Department of the village is hereby directed to implement and enforce these traffic regulations pursuant to its usual and customary ordinance enforcement procedures.
(3) Those in violation of this chapter may also be in violating of, and subject to, penalties of state law.
