§ 34.031  INTERFERING WITH OFFICER.
   Whoever shall resist any sworn member of the Police Department in the discharge of his or her duty, or shall in any way interfere with or prevent him or her from discharging his or her duty, or shall endeavor to do so; and whoever shall, in any manner, assist any person in the custody of any member of the police force, to escape, or attempt to escape from such custody shall be fined as provided by § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
