§ 34.030  OFFICER REQUESTS AID.
   Any police officer may, at any time, call upon any able bodied male person above the age of 18 years to aid him or her in arresting or taking into custody any person guilty of having committed any unlawful act, or charged therewith, or to aid such officers in preventing the commission of any unlawful act.
