§ 154.99 PENALTY.
   In addition to any other provision herein, any person violating any provision of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine and penalty in accordance with § 10.99 of the Revised Code of Ordinances. Any person who shall be in violation of any provision of this Article shall also be subject to injunctive relief.
