§ 152.04 CONFLICT WITH OTHER ORDINANCES.
   In any case where a provision of this Article is found to be in conflict with a provision of any zoning, building, electrical, plumbing, fire, safety, or health ordinance, or regulation of the City regulating existing buildings, the provision which established the most restrictive standard shall prevail, except that the provisions of this Chapter 152 shall, with regard to non-owner occupied dwellings, supersede the provisions of Chapter 151.
