(A) (1) A sexually oriented business license shall be an annual license and shall expire on April 30 of each year and may be renewed only by making application as provided in § 117.07. Application for renewal shall be made at least twenty days before the expiration date.
(2) No application for renewal shall be made sooner than forty-five days before expiration.
(B) (1) Each sexually oriented business employee license shall be an annual license and shall expire on April 30 of each year and may be renewed only by making application as provided in § 117.08. Application for renewal shall be made prior to the expiration of the license.
(2) No application for renewal shall be made sooner than thirty days before expiration of the license.
