(A) Any operator or proprietor or any other person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this Section shall each be fined not less than $50.00 nor more than $200.00 for each device not displaying a proper license; and a separate offense shall be deemed to have been committed on each day on which such violation occurs or continues.
(B) In addition to any penalty or fine imposed for violations of this Section, the City Clerk may revoke any license for any violation of this Section after affording the licensee due notice and opportunity to be heard in his own defense.
