§ 113.08 ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS.
   (A)   No owner, proprietor, employee or other agent of same or other person shall permit any disturbance or disorderly conduct upon any premises where any device is placed.
   (B)   (1)   No “pool hall” or “business where a principal business activity is pool or billiard tables” shall allow any minor under 16-years of age to enter upon the premises, to remain upon the premises, to engage in any game or to use any such device. Any premises also licensed under Chapter 111 of the Revised Code of Ordinance shall not permit any person under 18-years of age to enter upon the premises, to remain upon the premises or to engage in any game or to use any such device, except as expressly and specifically authorized by said Chapter 111.
      (2)   Each pool hall or business where a principal business activity is pool or billiard tables shall have an unobstructed view of the interior of the room from the front exterior or from the front sidewalk or street adjacent to the premises where such device is located. No pool hall or business where a principal business activity is pool or billiard tables shall be open to business on Sunday except between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. nor shall same be open to business between the hours of 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. on any day; provided that premises licensed under Chapter 111 of the Revised Code of Ordinances shall be subject to the hours of operation as provided within said Chapter 111.
   (C)   No business or premises (excluding a pool hall or business where a principal business activity is pool or billiard tables) whose primary business is coin-operated devices shall be open to business on Sunday except between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., nor shall same be open to business between the hours of 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday or from 12:00 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. on Friday or Saturday.
