§ 52.021 PERMITTED USER IF DEEMED POTENTIAL RISKS.

   Any user who does not meet the categorical or noncategorical standards found in 40 C.F.R. §§ 405 or 406 or existing IEPA statute may still be permitted by the City if it is deemed that there are potential risks to the City’s collection system piping, lift stations, or wastewater treatment facility requiring additional monitoring.
