§ 34.21 ORGANIZATION OF OFFICERS AND DEPARTMENT.

(A) The Police Department for the city shall be organized and consist of 16 full-time members as determined by the City Manager and approved by Council.

(B) The number of part-time police officers shall not exceed the number of full-time members.
