§ 34.08 LONGEVITY PAY.
   (A)   The Police Chief shall qualify for longevity pay in the same manner as patrol officers and sergeants.
   (B)   Longevity compensation shall be calculated at $50 a year starting after ten years and shall be capped at $500 per year. Longevity shall be paid to employees upon anniversary date after notifying the Finance Director in writing as to the request.
