(A) It shall be unlawful for any minor under the age of 14 to be or remain in or upon a public place within the city between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any minor under the age of 18 to be or remain in or upon a public place within the city between the hours of:
(1) 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday; and
(2) 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. Friday through Saturday.
