§ 32.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Whoever violates § 32.045 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.

   (B)   Whoever, being the person in temporary or permanent charge of any jail or place of confinement, violates § 32.047 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 90 days, or both.
