§ 112.01 REGISTRATION POLICY.
   (A)   No person shall solicit contributions within the city for any charitable purpose unless the person registers with the city. The applicant for registration shall present positive identification and pay a registration fee of $25.
   (B)   Charitable solicitations shall be permitted only during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
