(A) City Council, by a majority vote, hereby creates the new position of Assistant City Manager/Finance Director effective July 1, 2022.
(B) The new position of Assistant City Manager/Finance Director will receive an annual salary of $80,000 paid evenly throughout every two weeks in a bi-weekly manner along with four weeks of vacation (20 business days) per year and $75 per month in cell phone reimbursement.
