§ 155.171 PLANNING COMMISSION ESTABLISHED.
   The Planning Commission is established in accordance with R.C. Chapter 713 and Article VI of the Charter of the City of Mt. Healthy, and shall have the duties and powers as provided by the Ohio Revised Code, the Charter and this chapter.
