§ 155.133 EXEMPTIONS.
   Site plan review shall not be required for a single- or two-family dwelling on a lot on which there exists no other building or use, or for any home occupation or accessory building in a residential district. However, a zoning permit, in accordance with § 155.151, shall be required.
