§ 99.04 EXEMPTION OF EVENT PERMITTEE FROM CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS.
   If a special event or parade permit is issued, the permit may explicitly exempt the special event or parade from provisions found in this chapter. Any such exemptions must include references to the specific code provisions that are implicated and must be explicit on the face of the permit.
