(A) Except as otherwise provided, parking shall be allowed in the alleyway that runs from Harrison Avenue east to the north/south alleyway that runs between Compton Road and Kinney Avenue; that borders on the city owned parking lot just south of the property at 7516 Harrison Avenue and allowing access to the property located at 7508 Harrison Avenue.
(B) Parking regulations in this area shall be the same as if it were a city owned parking lot, or as otherwise directed by the city.
