§ 155.033 SPATIAL REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   All lots and buildings shall meet the minimum area and width requirements of Table 155.033. New lots shall not be created, except in conformance with these requirements.

   (B)   All structures and their placement on a lot shall conform to the minimum dimensional requirements listed in Table 155.033a.

1 If adjacent to residential zone then the setback is 5 feet.
2 If adjacent to zones B, C or D then the setback is 15 feet.
3 If adjacen t to resident ial zone then the setback is 5 feet. Side yards on corner lots shall be consiste nt with minimu m and maxim um front yard setback s. Parking setback for side yard on corner lot (side street) as allowed in the rear yard shall have a setback of five feet from street right-of -way and at least 50% of the setback area shall be landscaped unless otherwise approved by Planning Commission.
