§ 93.20 UNSANITARY FOOD.
   It shall be unlawful for any food handler to prepare, manufacture, possess, sell or expose or offer for sale any food which is impure, moldy, tainted, rancid, unwholesome or otherwise unsanitary or which is adulterated or misbranded.
