§ 92.30 ADOPTION OF OHIO FIRE CODE.
   There is hereby adopted for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire and explosion, a code pertaining to fire, fire hazards, and fire and life safety and known as the Ohio Fire Code, the 2005 edition, including any amendments or appendices thereto, and the whole thereof, save except such portions as are hereinafter deleted, or amended, of which not less than one copy has been and is now on file in the office of the Clerk, and of which copies are available to the public at cost. The Ohio Fire Code is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out in length herein and from the date on which this section shall become effective, the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the limits of the City of Mt. Healthy, Hamilton County, Ohio.
