§ 72.18 TOY VEHICLES, ROLLER SKATES, AND THE LIKE PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person on roller skates, or riding in or by means of any coaster, toy vehicle, or similar device, to go on any roadway other than the roadway of a play street, except while crossing a highway on a crosswalk.
