§ 91.01 MT. PLEASANT CEMETERY.

(A) The City Manager shall take possession and charge, and have the entire management, control, and regulation of Mt. Pleasant Cemetery located on East Compton Road in the city.

(B) Interment of the dead in the cemetery is prohibited without the written consent of the City Manager.

(C) It shall be unlawful for any person, without the written permission of the City Manager, to enter the cemetery between the hours of 7:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
