(A) No person shall hinder, obstruct, resist or interfere with any enforcing officer while engaged in enforcing an order issued under § 90.06.
(B) It is a defense to prosecution under this section that the hindrance, obstruction, resistance, or interference alleged consisted of constitutionally protected speech only.
(C) No person shall molest or interfere with any officer while engaged in enforcing an order which may be issued to enforce a provision of this chapter.
