The regular meetings of Council shall be held in the council chamber, commencing at 7:30 p.m. on the first and third Tuesday of each month; provided that whenever Tuesday shall be a legal holiday the regular meeting shall be held on Wednesday at the same time; provided further that Council may, on motion, adopt a different day or hour for its regular meeting. The Mayor or any three members may call special meetings upon at least 24 hours’ notice to each member, served personally, left at his usual place of residence.
