§ 30.10 DEPUTY FINANCE DIRECTOR.
   (A)   The full-time position of Deputy Finance Director has been created.
   (B)   This position shall be a minimum of 35 hours per week, payable under the city’s regular pay periods.
   (C)   The following benefits shall be provided by the city:
      (1)   Medical insurance. The city shall provide hospitalization and major medical insurance under the current health care policy. Should the full- time employee desire hospitalization and major medical insurance for his or her spouse and dependent children, the city shall pay 75% of the additional premium for the employee’s policy. The employee shall, through regular payroll deductions, contribute 25% of the additional premium.
      (2)   The city shall provide dental insurance for all full-time employees, paid in full by the city.
      (3)   The city shall provide a group life insurance policy to a surviving spouse, other designated beneficiary, or the estate of the full-time employee in the amount of $20,000.
      (4)   Holidays and sick time shall be accumulated under the current policy manual of the city.
