(A) The position of Coordinator of Volunteer Services is hereby established. The Coordinator of Volunteer Services shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
(B) The duties of the Coordinator of Volunteer Services shall be to recruit, organize and train individuals to serve as volunteer workers for civic events and in various city departments and such other duties as shall be assigned by the Mayor.
(C) The Coordinator of Volunteer Services shall be compensated as provided by Council. The Coordinator of Volunteer Services shall not be compensated for more than 20 hours of work per week.
