(A) There is established the position of Assistant City Clerk.
(B) The Assistant City Clerk shall be appointed by the Mayor. It shall be the duty of the Assistant City Clerk to be in attendance at the Municipal Building five days per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with one hour per day for lunch. The Assistant City Clerk shall be available during the hours aforesaid to answer the telephone and do the necessary typing, filing, and clerical work required by the various officers of the city. The Assistant City Clerk shall be under the supervision of the City Clerk.
(C) Compensation for the Assistant City Clerk shall be as set by the collective bargaining agreement between the city and the Mt. Healthy Clerical Worker’s Association.
