§ 30.07 ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF LAW.
   (A)   There is established the position of Assistant Director of Law.
   (B)   The duties of the Assistant Director of Law shall include representation of the city before courts and governmental agencies in judicial and quasi- judicial proceedings, the prosecution of cases before the Mayor’s Court, and such other duties as may be determined by the Director of Law.
   (C)   The compensation of the Assistant Director of Law shall be as set by Council.
